CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
For cleaning and disinfection of reusable masks, you can follow
any of the following methods:
Washing and disinfection of the masks with normal detergent and water at a temperature of 60º (normal washing machine cycle).
Then wash with soap and water and rinse well to remove any residue, let it dry, without drying.
Contact between a dirty mask (to be washed) and clean clothing should be avoided. The person in charge of the wash must protect themselves to handle the dirty masks.
Products that can degrade or damage the materials and that diminish their protective capacity should not be used.
It is recommended that the mask dry completely within 2 hours after washing.
It should not be dried or sanitized with a microwave oven.
Both during drying and subsequent storage of the mask, environments in which the mask can be recontaminated should be avoided.
After each wash cycle, a visual inspection should be performed (with protective gloves or washed hands). If any damage to the mask is found (less fit, warping, wear, etc.), the mask should be discarded.
USE OF MASKS
The hygienic mask does not exempt the user from applying barrier gestures complemented by social distancing measures that are essential in accordance with the recommendations indicated by the Ministry of Health.
NOTE: Collective protection measures take priority over individual protection measures.
For the mask to be effective, it must be used correctly as indicated below, for this reason, the donning, use and removal of hygienic masks for children must be supervised by an adult.
Putting on the mask
It is recommended to place the mask on bare skin (that is, without the presence of hair in contact with the user's skin and, for some people, shaved skin) and to respect the following steps:
- Wash your hands with soap and water or rub them with a hydroalcoholic solution before handling the mask.
- Identify the top of the mask.
- Position the mask on the face, at the level of the nose.
- Hold the mask from the outside and fasten the headgear behind it or to both sides of the ears, without crossing them.
- Lower the lower part of the mask to the chin.
DISPOSAL OF THE MASK
To reduce the risks of using these masks, it should be noted that once the maximum number of washes has been exceeded, they should be discarded.
Procedure to dispose of the mask
The masks must be disposed of in a container fitted with a plastic bag (preferably with a lid and non-manual control. It is recommended to use a double bag to preserve the contents of the first bag in case of tear of the outer bag.
Used masks can also be disposed of in bio-waste containers.
MAXIMUM CONTINUED USE DURATION
For reasons of comfort and hygiene, it is recommended not to use the mask for a time greater than 4 hours. In case it gets damp or deteriorates due to use, it is recommended to replace it with another one.
During the period of use, the mask can only be removed in accordance with the instructions described above
The mask should be washed every time it gets dirty, wet, or cannot be properly placed on the face.
The mask should not be used if it is dirty or wet.
If it is to be stored temporarily, contact with any surface should be avoided.
It should also not be placed in a waiting position on the forehead or under the chin during and after use.
This product does not allow its return as it is a personal product, to avoid cross-infection.

If your order passes through customs, we are not responsible for the additional costs that this entails or the increase in the indicated delivery time.
FILTERS FOR MASKS
We do not currently sell filters. Filters are not included in the masks. If you have doubts with the measurements of the filters you can compare them with the measurements of the masks. Filters can be purchased in pharmacies or online stores.
SHIPPING TIME AND COSTS
Shipping costs are € 3.90 to the Peninsula and € 5.90 to the Balearic Islands, unless special discounts are applied.
For international shipments and other destinations, check the price indicated in the last step of the purchase process.

The price of the marketed products is indicated next to the descriptive sheet of each one of them and includes the Value Added Tax (VAT). If any other tax is applicable, this will be indicated.
If you receive a defective product, send us images where the damage is clearly shown to be able to verify it through this form and give you a solution.
If you receive your order incorrectly, send us an image through this form where everything you have received is appreciated with their respective references in the package and we will give you a solution once the content is verified.
CHANGES TO THE ORDER
The masks are not allowed to change for reasons of hygiene and safety.

If you want to make a change to one of the items you have received, we need you to indicate us through this form the change you request. You must pay € 3.90 for shipping costs (Peninsula) or the one that corresponds in your geographical area to a standard shipping.
Once we receive your request, we will send you a link so that you can pay the shipping costs. It will be the same courier who delivers your new order to pick up the old one.
RETURN OF THE ORDER
You have 30 days to return your order. You must pay € 3.90 for shipping costs (Peninsula) that will be deducted from the amount of the item to be returned. If it is another geographic area, the shipping cost corresponds to the standard shipping of your initial order.
Once we receive your request we will send you a postal label so that you can send us the order by depositing it at any Post office.
You must access this form to carry out the processing.
The only accepted payment methods are PayPal and credit or debit card. We do not accept other payment methods such as cash on delivery or transfer.
